Two-year warranty
Begaman products include a two-year warranty from the date of purchase for covered defects in materials or manufacture under normal, intended use. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Fair assessment
Send the order number, product name and a clear description of the issue. Add photos or a short video showing the product, label, connections and installation context. Do not dismantle or send the item before receiving instructions.
Warranty limits
Warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental or cosmetic damage, unauthorised modification, incorrect voltage, incompatible components, or damage caused by installation or use outside the product instructions and stated environmental rating.
30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, complete and in their original undamaged packaging. Installed, altered or incomplete products cannot be treated as a standard change-of-mind return.
Return process
Wait for the return address and instructions before sending anything. Package every component securely and use a trackable service. Return-shipping responsibility and any refund adjustment depend on the reason and condition of the return.
On arrival
Check the parcel, product finish and package contents as soon as possible. If something arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, keep the packaging and contact Begaman with photos before installing the product.
Availability depends on the product and series. Send the product name, order number and a photo of the component and connector. We will identify the compatible replacement or advise on the safest next step.
After the returned package has been received and inspected, Begaman confirms whether it meets the return conditions and communicates the refund outcome. Bank or payment-provider processing time may follow after the refund is issued.
