No additional fees. All prices include VAT. No customs duties within the EU single market.

🇬🇧 UK Customers

DDP Option: Select "Delivered Duty Paid" at checkout to prepay all fees and avoid surprises.

🇺🇸 US Customers

Stock Availability

Most items ship from our Netherlands warehouse. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you with an estimated restock date.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Lighting fixtures include protective materials and original manufacturer packaging.

Delivery Signature

Signature may be required for high-value orders. If you're not available, the carrier will leave instructions for pickup or redelivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately. All shipments are insured, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
